Although Niddocks Internet Solutions continues to enjoy considerable growth, we will never be complacent and are very keen to maintain the high levels of service you as a customer have come to expect.
Whether it is hosting or ongoing support, either through our online ticketing system or even over the phone we fully understand that our response time as well as the levels of service are vital.
From your feedback we have now merged our support packages with our hosting packages and added more payment options. We have identified several levels of service for website support and bundled them into the following packages:
LITE
Web and email hosting + hosting support
This is our entry level support package that is ideal for basic brochure websites and simple holding pages or for people that just want emails.
STANDARD
Web and email hosting + hosting support + technical support (email)
Technical support covers questions and advice for your website. For example, if you had a question on how to use a particular area of your website this would be covered by this package.
This is an ideal package for customers with a reasonable level of technical knowledge or by customers who are happy to be supported through email only. Technical support through email only is ideal for customers that have either our content management system or online shop. Technical support is provided by email only through our support desk.
BUSINESS
Web and email hosting + hosting support + technical support (email or telephone)
Our business entry support package is ideal when support is critical to your business. This package is the same as the standard package, but also includes telephone support. This is ideal for customers with large online shops or web applications.
PREMIUM
Web and email hosting + hosting support + technical support (email or telephone) + unlimited updates
Our premium entry support package provides you with everything you will need. This is for customers where the Internet is key to their business. We have a dedicated team that can help and guide you with every aspect of your online venture.
Our unlimited updates allow you to request as many updates as you like as long as each individual update takes no longer than an hour to complete. If an update will take longer than an hour we will quote this before undertaking the work.
Each support package has a minimum contract term of a year. All packages include a minimum 48 hour response time and you have the option to upgrade to a higher service level whenever your needs require. Payments are taken automatically each month on a date of your choice and can be paid by credit or debit card.
