The Brief

Onefit Appliances originally came to us to integrate the HSBC secure ePayments system into their current site. Onefit Appliance’s previous web developers had trouble integrating this notoriously difficult payment processor from HSBC, but had heard that we had a lot of experience integrating a whole range of online payment processors such as Bibit (The Royal Bank of Scotland), ePDQ (Barclays Bank), WorldPay, PROTX, PayPal and Secure Trading to name a few.

After impressing them with our professional approach and service Onefit Appliances came to us again. 95% of sales for Onefit Appliances were coming through the shop floor with only 5% coming through the website. They wanted to increase the revenue generated through the website as well as update the site, so they had more control of it.

The Approach
